Nick Dudman - CEO & Head of Family

Nick is the CEO and one of the three Directors of the firm, qualifying as a solicitor in 1985. A graduate of the University of Exeter he returned to Exeter in 1988 following three years working in his native Bristol. Since 1988 Nick has practiced exclusively in the field of Family Law with particular expertise in Divorce and Matrimonial Finance. Nick was a partner in a large respected Exeter firm before setting up his own firm in 1996, which he then subsequently merged with Rundlewalker. Since 1998 Nick has been a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel, which recognizes his expertise in his chosen field.

Nick is married with three children. He enjoys getting his teeth into projects and most recently, together with his wife Juliette, has designed and overseen the refurbishment of an old railway station to create an unusual family home. When not pottering in the garden Nick enjoys boating and socialising, often combining the two with friends in Cornwall. Nick also recently acquired a classic sports car in a nod to his lost youth and to start to reduce his long bucket list!
