Jodie Everard - Head of Residential Conveyancing, MCILEX

Jodie is the Head of Residential Conveyancing. Jodie specialises in all types of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Jodie also has experience in dealing with schemes such as Help to Buy.

Jodie has worked in Conveyancing since leaving college and began her career as a Legal Technician at a small independent Law Firm in the South West in 2013. Jodie is a Member of CILEx and has completed her Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice. She is currently in the process of completing her Portfolio and is en route to achieving Fellowship status.

Outside of the office Jodie enjoys cooking, socialising with friends and family and travelling to new places.
