Jodie Everard - Head of Residential Conveyancing and CILEx Conveyancing Practitioner

Jodie is the Head of Residential Conveyancing and and a CILEx Conveyancing Practitioner. Jodie specialises in all types of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Jodie also has experience in dealing with schemes such as Help to Buy.

Jodie has worked in Conveyancing since leaving college and began her career as a Legal Technician at a small independent Law Firm in the South West in 2013. Jodie has recently qualified as a CILEx Conveyancing Practitioner and is enthusiastic about continuing to offer an excellent level of service to both new and existing clients, across a variety of Conveyancing matters.

Outside of the office Jodie enjoys cooking, socialising with friends and family and travelling to new places.
