Legal Aid.
All persons arrested are eligible for Legal Aid funding at the police station.

Legal aid applications can then be made if the case progresses to the Magistrates or Crown court.  These applications are means tested and contributions may be payable depending on your annual income.  If you are eligible for Legal Aid, we will make an application on your behalf.  Please call 01392 209209 and we will discuss the criteria with you.

Private representation.
If you are not eligible for Legal Aid, we can still represent you on a privately funded basis.

We are happy to provide a “fixed fee” quote which will ensure you know exactly how much you will have to pay.  If you prefer, we can provide an hourly rate estimate as an alternative.
