Jodie Monnox - Paralegal, CILEX

Jodie joined Rundlewalker in June 2023 and in 2026, passed her CILEX Paralegal course with distinction.

Jodie works in residential conveyancing and currently manages her own files alongside Gemma Lawson, specialising in sales, re-mortgages and transfers. Jodie also assists the rest of the conveyancing team on a range of conveyancing matters to help transactions progress quickly and smoothly. All members of the conveyancing team work together to achieve the best outcomes for our clients. Having spent time in plot sales and sales progression in previous roles, this has allowed Jodie to bring with her experience in the property industry and understands the importance of supporting clients throughout the process.

Outside of the office Jodie enjoys walking, sports and spending time with her family. Life is very busy with three boys, and you will often find Jodie at the side of a football or rugby pitch or at a motocross track.
