Rundlewalker Solicitors Join Smart Property Group’s Charity Cycle to the North Pole.

Supporting Local Charities with Festive Fundraising in Exeter - We’re delighted to announce that three inteprid staff members took part in this year’s “Smart Property Group Charity Cycle to the North Pole” - an annual fundraising event bringing together staff, local businesses and community members for a fantastic cause.

Event Highlights.
Organised by Smart Property Group, a leading estate agency group with several branches across the UK, the event aims to collectively cycle a virtual distance of 5,000 kilometres - the equivalent of reaching the North Pole! This ambitious target is matched by a fundraising goal of £5,000, with all proceeds going to support a variety of local charities.

How It Works.
The event took place on 11th December 2025, coinciding with Christmas Jumper Day. Static bikes were set up at Smart Property Group branches and public spaces, including Princesshay in Exeter, giving everyone a chance to pedal towards the target distance. Participants - whether staff, other businesses, or community members - were able to book a time slot, don their favourite Christmas jumper and contribute their kilometres to the total.

Charities We’re Supporting.
•Vranch House (Exeter): Providing specialist care, therapy and education for children with complex needs.
•Young Lives Vs Cancer (Penryn): Supporting children and young people with cancer.
•Little Harbour / Children’s Hospice South West (St Austell & Launceston): Helping families facing difficult circumstances in our local community.
