Qualification Success for Our Conveyancing Team!

Rundlewalker are pleased to announce that Jodie Monnox has passed her CILEX Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship with flying colours, achieving a distinction. Further success includes the news that Gemma Lawson has qualified as a Conveyancing Technician following her successful completion of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice.

Jodie joined the firm in 2023 and has flourished ever since. She had previous experience working with another reputable law firm some years prior to her joining Rundlewalker, and more recently, she had worked in estate agency. With experience of the property industry behind her, Jodie hit the ground running and soon became a crucial member of the Conveyancing Team, providing excellent support to our other fee earners. Jodie has recently began conducting her own files, jointly with Gemma Lawson, another excellent fee earner and long-standing member of the Rundlewalker Team.

Gemma has more than 20 years of Conveyancing experience and has served 11 years in the Conveyancing Team here at Rundlewalker. With her empathetic approach, Gemma prides herself in offering excellent client care. She appreciates that buying and selling houses can be a very stressful time and Gemma provides excellent personal support to her clients throughout the process. Over the years, Gemma has built a successful rapport with clients, estate agents and brokers alike.

Gemma and Jodie manage a caseload between them, made up of sale, re-mortgage and transfer of equity matters. Purchases are dealt with else where in the team, though Gemma and Jodie often provide assistance. Rest assured, whoever you instruct at Rundlewalker, each will do their upmost to provide you with the best level of service possible throughout your matter. All members of the Conveyancing Team work collaboratively to achieve the best outcome for you, their clients.
