The Importance of Google Reviews and Client Feedback at Rundlewalker.

At Rundlewalker Solicitors, we believe that great service is built on trust, transparency and continuous improvement. One of the most valuable ways we achieve this is by listening closely to what our clients have to say.

Every client’s experience matters to us. At the conclusion of a matter, we invite clients to complete our Client Satisfaction Survey, giving us honest feedback on the service they’ve received. This helps us to identify what we’re doing well and where we can further enhance our support.

In addition to our in-house surveys, Google Reviews play an equally important role. These independent online reviews allow prospective clients to see genuine feedback from the people we’ve represented - helping them make an informed choice when selecting a law firm. They also provide us with valuable insight into how our work is perceived beyond the walls of our offices.

"I had suffered a broken ankle with ligament and nerve damage in a training accident at work. As the injury was caused by the instructor of the session, I pursued a claim against my employer and was represented by Roger Henderson from Rundlewalker Solicitors.
