Rundlewalker Supports No Falls Week 2025 and Ongoing Workplace Safety Efforts.

At Rundlewalker Solicitors, we are proud to support the No Falls Foundation and its ongoing commitment to preventing falls from height in the workplace. The Foundation successfully launched its first No Falls Week in May 2024, and this important campaign returned again this year, running from 12th to 16th May 2025.

Falls from height remain the leading cause of fatal accidents at work across the UK. According to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), 50 workers tragically lost their lives due to falls from height between 2023 and 2024. These figures serve as a stark reminder of the urgent need to raise awareness and improve safety standards in all risk-prone working environments.

Roger Henderson, Head of our Personal Injury & Accident Team, is a long-standing advocate for safe working methods and best practices for employees working at height. Commenting on this year's No Falls Week, Roger said:

"The work of the No Falls Foundation is crucial. Every worker deserves to return home safely at the end of the day, and employers must take every reasonable step to protect their teams. Campaigns like No Falls Week help keep this issue in the spotlight and encourage vital conversations about safety and responsibility."

"Mr Roger Henderson from Rundlewalker dealt with my and my wife's injury claim. He always acted in a highly professional way, clearly explained intricacies of the process, and was available for contact and advice throughout the prolonged and complicated procedure. We benefited from his negotiating skills and we appreciated his patience, empathy and support. Highly recommended." Mr & Mrs D, Exeter.

"Thank you to Rundlewalker for the excellent help and advice given for my personal injury case. Roger was experienced, diligent, knowledgeable and highly organised, as well as great at providing updates at each step of the way. The USP for me (amidst a  variety of alternative online offers) is that the firm is LOCAL and accessible, and it's possible to speak to a lawyer in person; this can make all the difference, especially when the going gets tough, and this generates trust." Anon.

“I am very pleased with the outcome of my claim and was awarded a very large settlement thanks to Roger Henderson and his team at Rundlewalker. I felt assured that everything was taken into account and I was kept thoroughly informed throughout the entire claim process. Roger went above my expectation to get me the compensation I deserved, following an horrendous RTA. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone who is seeking an honest and professional service.”
