Movember & Men’s Mental Health - We're proud to show our support.

Supporting Men’s Mental Health: A Vital Conversation.
At Rundlewalker Solicitors, we believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, yet many men face barriers to seeking the support they need. As part of our commitment to raising awareness, we’re highlighting the importance of men’s mental health, encouraging open conversations, and introducing important resources such as Mental Health UK. Together, we can break the stigma and ensure that no one feels they have to face their challenges alone.

What is Movember?
Movember is a month-long campaign that encourages men to grow mustaches (or “Mo’s”) and engage in activities to raise awareness about men’s health. It aims to challenge the stigma around men’s health issues, spark conversations, and promote early detection and intervention. The Movember movement has taken on three of the biggest health issues affecting men: mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. As a result, men are living healthier, longer lives.

When is Movember 2025?
Movember is celebrated throughout the month of November each year. In 2025, men from around the world will unite to participate in Movember starting on November 1st and continuing until November 30th. You can help support Movember by creating or joining a Movember Challenge HERE.
