NEW DIRECTORSHIPS ANNOUNCED AT RUNDLEWALKER SOLICITORS, EXETER.

Law Firm Rundlewalker has promoted two of its senior staff to Directors at its Exeter Quay office as part of its Management development.

One of those promoted specializes in abuse, accident and personal injury claims.

The other is from Rundlewalker’s Criminal Defence Team with an emphasis on complicated defence hearings.

The new Directors at Rundlewalker are Roger Henderson and Rachel Smith.

Roger Henderson joined Rundlewalker as the Head of Personal Injury in February 2019. He previously managed a large team of personal injury lawyers at a national Legal 500 solicitors firm in Plymouth. Roger has been conducting personal injury claims for over 25 years with many of those spent specialising in fatal road traffic claims and inquests. He has assisted countless bereaved families at inquests and conducted serious injury claims. In addition, Roger has conducted many successful criminal injury and abuse claims.

Rachel Smith obtained her Higher Rights of Audience several years ago and represents her clients in the Crown Court. She also regularly appears at the Magistrates and Youth Courts for all types of hearings and prides herself on a rigorous and relentless approach, fighting tirelessly to ensure the best possible outcome for each client.

Since late 2019 and through 2020, Rundlewalker have continued their investment in the use of technology to streamline many facets of their practice with emphasis on simplifying Proof of Identity as well as refining the remote servicing of client matters.
