Rundlewalker staff maintain personal development and great client outcomes during Pandemic.

During this prolonged period of coping with the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have continued to provide a first-class service to our clients, albeit in more difficult circumstances for all our staff. It is therefore satisfying to see that several of our team have managed to continue with their professional development and have recently achieved successful outcomes with their ongoing learning and legal qualifications.

Rundlewalker Practice Manager Roger Henderson says, “As a firm, one of our key objectives is to provide the absolute best client experience, so it is wonderful that we receive so many positive, constructive reviews along with praise for our staff from client feedback and reviews. Not only have our teams been investing time in fulfilling our clients’ requirements, but several staff have continued with their legal training and further education while also managing the ongoing pressures presented by Covid."

In our Criminal Defence Team, Georgina Case has recently received her Certificate of Accreditation for the Police Station Representatives Accreditation Scheme and can now represent anyone in the Police Station for any number of offences and can be contacted 24/7 for this service. She has also completed and qualified with distinction, her Paralegal Qualification through the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and holds the ambition of becoming a Fellow in the coming years.

In the Residential Conveyancing Team, two of our valued members, Jodie Everard, and Monika Biliute-Buckland, both sat CILEx exams in January and passed with flying colours. Jodie is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is continuing her studies, currently undertaking a Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice with a view to achieving her status as a Fellow. Monika has passed her first two Level 3 CILEx exams and is continuing with her legal studies.

Further recent success includes the continued education and exam success of Katie Jeffery in our Family Team who has now completed her CILEx Level 3 Paralegal Diploma.

Roger continues, “anyone wondering how to choose a solicitor, should always look for evidence of good client care and high standards in customer service and practice management. We are delighted that during the COVID-19 period, we have continued to receive such positive feedback and great Google Reviews from our clients. The recognition these reviews bestow upon the individuals and teams, highlights their work ethic, commitment to continued quality service and achieving our client outcomes. Thanks to a great team and more success, both personally and professionally ahead.”
